Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, cables, controllers, adapters, and parts included

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal wellness products that have been used, worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Products with signs of wear, damage, stains, or misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Final sale items or products marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards or digital items, if applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Item Received

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customs-related issue, any additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
